This month we are doing a 5 song / 5 exercise challenge. It’s important to maintain good form and to have fun! Our goal is to encourage each other to stay active, even if we have to keep a little distance between us for a bit.

Warm up a bit, then find these five songs on your favorite music source. Setup your camera to record the action and then send in the results. There are no rules on when you do it or how often you try, just try!The songs are listed below along with the associated exercise. Record your efforts and send those videos to us!
